Prep is a novel casting the story of a teenage girl named Lee Fiora. At the start of the novel, she has just transferred from a rural school in Indiana to a posh preparatory boarding school in Massachusetts. Ault, an elite school complete with perfect grass, surrounding gates, and a host of wealthy students, becomes Lee's new home. Lost and lonely, she struggles to learn how to survive in the foreign environment so different from what she'd seen in her glossy brochures. Lee embarks on a journey in the pursuit of happiness, acceptance, and maybe even love. She may even learn a bit about herself on the way.
